Pure Garcinia Cambogia & Raspberry Ketones review pt1

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOP05aecd316913fef2df002d90ac42ab8b" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
I am currently testing and reviewing the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract and the Raspberry Ketones. It suppose to be all vegan with all natural ingredients.

I am currently on day 2, so I can not comment on anything too seriously yet. But will update after a few days or a week or so. What I can comment on is that these pills are kinda big so if you are not into swallowing large pills well I am not sure this is for you. It does go down smoothly as its like a gel see thru capsule. You want to drink a full glass of water with these 15 to 30mins before a meal.

As I stated before, I am new to this product and on day 2. I have not had any side effects nor sick feeling. Which is very good as my body is very sensitive to new things per se. I take both as it was suggested that these two products works well together. So all together you will be taking 3 pills in a seating. If that made sense. Anyhow, stay tuned and if you are interested, check out either the testing site Tomoson   or the company site Summit Nutritions

Qhemet Biologics Moisturize Olive & Honey Hydrating Balm

Happy evening everyone.. Okay so on to the good stuff. I have had the opportunity to try out this product

Olive & Honey Hydrating Balm by Qhemet Biologics. I purchase this at Epic Curls.

I first used this on freshly washed damp hair. At first it felt moisturized but as my hair dried, the product made it feel really dry. I felt lost as the item claimed to Soften and Hydrates soooooo I went ahead and added my go to products afterwards to bring that moisture back.

The 2nd time I used it, I decided to add my staple leave in on wet hair and then the Balm. Yesssssss was my response.** Pic is of hair still damp with the product**

I realized that sometimes you have to tweek a product to work for you. So I tried again the exact way and it had the same outcome.

My process: Wash, cotton shirt to semi dry hair, creamy leave in done in sections followed by the balm in sections, let dry. A little goes a long way

Now you can probably say that the leave in may had something to do with it.. Either way I am happy that I did not waste money on this product as I have done in the past. And I quote, a little goes a longgggggggg way. No heavy hand-ness necessary.

This Olive & Honey Hydrating Balm also make your curls pop. However, you have to leave them alone and not play in your hair until its completely dry. Yes I know its hard for some of us, But it will be worth it in the end. To add, as you see that at first it did not work for me the way I used it, YES that is very very very frustrating. It happens, don't give up is my matto.

Would I purchase this again? Ummmm not off hand, I feel that I can achieve the same end results with other products I have in my 'staple collection'. But it was fun to try something new though. I do want to try this more so in the summer months though because my theory on this product as it has glycerin, My hair likes that in the warmer/hotter climates.

If you are interested in purchasing here are the links to the actual site Qhemet Biologics and the store where I purchased from EpicCurls . Thanks for reading....

Nestle Toll House Delightfulls Morsels Milk Chocolate w/Peanut Butter

I received these via BzzAgent (Free, however I am not getting paid to review, all done on my own will and my own person opinion)

I must say that I am totally pleased with this product. I am already a chocoholic but WOW. These morsels literally melts in your mouth.

Now if you a baker, food experimenter, or like to try new foods. I say give these a try. It comes in different flavors to my knowledge: Cherry, Caramel, Mint and the Peanut butter fillings. You can add these to cakes, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, pancakes, waffles mixes. Whatever your taste buds and palate enjoy.

Thus far I added these to my cookies. The outcome was chewy melt in your mouth soft baked cookies. (note: Instead of oil and eggs, I used 1 banana and a jar of apple/pear/banana babyfood)   Awesome warm and even better when they cooled off. I bought a few to my coworkers and they also like them too. YAY ME
I also ate a handful which was when I realized that the morsels would be a great addition to trail mixes. And even popcorn (but can be a bit messy).

My next idea is that I am making muffins soon and will add the remaining to those. My mouth is already watering in delight. LOL

Anyhow, I say give these Toll house Delightfulls Morsels a try. You will not be disappointed nor with the kids or family.

Lastly you may be wondering since I got these for free, would I purchase these in the store? YES I am planning on it for the holiday since I am cooking Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Do I recommend these? Umm yeahhhhh LOL Just make sure the flavor is for you and your family and no allergic reactions such as to nuts, etc.

Anyways, thanks for reading and until next time... Enjoy. :0)

Product Review Cuc-A-Bugz ***REPOST FROM 6/6/2012

I have been using this product for a while now. And I can honestly state that I LOVE this product, my hair LOVES it as well. It is made of all natural ingredients. It smells like a lemon zest, not over whelming at all.

How I use it, first and far most on clean, freshly washed hair is the best time to use it.. I also tried on un-cleanish hair and let me tell you.. no, don't do it.. you will waste it. The style outcome will not be at its fullest potential.
I shingle the product on piece by piece on wet to damp hair. I either let it air dry or blow dry with diffuser. Especially during the colder months. I personally use it to eliminate frizz that I always tend to have when I wear my curls. Therefore, I bought the smaller size first which is the travel size to try it out. I then went to the bigger size. And it is worth the money.

Cuc-A-Bugz Curling Pudding is by Reds Kitchen Sink... http://www.redskitchensink.com shipping and processing was very quick and the owner/creator is a sweetheart. If you are into natural products give this one a shoot or even some of the others she has to offer. I know I will keep this in my stash and use often. :0)

Product Review - Nice & Curly Winding Down Control Gel ***REPOST FROM 6/19/2012

So I won this via one of the Black Sophisticate Hair/Hype Hair Magazine mail in giveaway. And I can say is woow. It smells good and creamy like grease. It is blue in color and a bit thick.

What I did was first shampoo/condition my hair. I shingled the product in while hair was wet and let air dry. This is my outcome:

Outcome is BIG hair. My curls were defined as usual. When my hair dried it dried big fro like..which is fine because I do like big hair. However, I personally was looking for it to calm the thickness or frizz so to say.

This was my first time using the product so I may try it again and see how it does with something added to it or not. I did follow the directions so we shall see.
Until next time, stay tuned

Product Review - Mizani Silk Defining Mousse & Vitale Olive Oil Virgin Hair Oil ****REPOST FROM 12/2/2011

Now I know its been a bit since I last wrote. BUT this is much worth it.....

I have been busy with moving and all that I wanted a style that I did not really have to worry about for a while. I co-washed, then used my Mizani Silk Defining Mousse and double/2strand twist my hair medium size. (about 12-15 twist total). I did this on partial damp/dry hair. I let it set for like a day while packing. I unravelled using Shea butter on my hands (this eliminates frizz). AND I must say that I LOVED the results. NOW its a week and it is still lasting. WOW right. Sad that I had this mousse in my stash for a minute and only used once prior to this time. So I must say that this is a keeper and light weight as well.

Another product that I newly purchased is Vitale Olive Oil Virgin Hair Oil. OMG it smells soooooooooo good! It can leave your hair oily if you use a lot. But a little goes a long way. I may use this more so for after I wash, oil my scalp and hair and allow to air dry and see how that works. Or if I was blowdrying the same process. This way my scalp will be oiled but my hair will not be oily. (yeah this works for me when I use other oils such as Prefect Results Vitamin E hair and scalp treatment.

The Honest Brand

The Honest.com brand diapers.

I first came into contact with these diapers as I was getting things in line for my little one. I found them in a local Target store to my liking. I have wanted to try the brand out after learning about them online via emails, baby sites, etc. I went ahead and bought 2 packs.

Now I have also tried other popular brands and I have noticed that I truly truly prefer over those brands and love the Honest company. The feel and make of the diaper are sturdy. The diaper is well constructed and pretty designs for boys and girls. To add, the diapers are free from chemicals, dyes, etc. More on the natural side, which is a plus. My little one has skin issues and can get irritated easily. She has not had an diaper rash yet...knock on wood. :0)

Cost: The brand is about average, cheaper in the store verse on the website. BUT if you do research for promo codes it can bring the total down a bit. Also more design choices are online along with bundle.

Online Shipping: Fast fast fast, you will get it about 2 days after submission. Awesome

Customer service: I have not had the need to utilize it.

Another tidbit about the company is that they are Eco friendly, offer other products such as cleaning supplies, bath and body as well as wellness items. The founder is Jessica Alba... who doesn't love her! I am proud to be a customer of hers and I am so pleased that there are Eco friendly, conscience minded baby items safe for daily use.
Again you can purchase at Targets, or online at Honest brand. Give them a try and let me know what your thoughts are.

Manic Panic

Yesss yess yess the famous Manic Panic line. I have dipped and dappered with this a few yrs ago. My first color was the Shocking Blue or Midnight Blue on dark hair. Either way, it gave my hair the highlight effect of when you see the color in the light or sunlight verses in regular or dark lighting.

Next I used Manic Panic's Rock N Roll Red

on my already dyed hair. It was a honey color and I added the red on top of that color. Can we say hot color. If I can find all my pictures then I will post them. Anyhow, the only draw back is that with red, the color does bleeds. Especially if wet and wearing a light color top. To combat this I did refresh with conditioner mixed with the color and rinsed in cool/cold water.

Lastly I used the Atomic Turquose then I decided to use the combo of  Shocking Blue and Atomic Turquose.
This is what I am actually rocking now. HOWEVER as I stated in my previous hair blog that I did use a lightener (ION brand) and lightened my front area that I wanted the color to go. Then end result is awesome BLUENESS!!
Now with any semi-permanent color after a few shampoo especially in warm to hot water, the color will fade. I usually use cool water. The shocking blue can turn a bit purple and the atomic turquoise turn greenish with continued shampooing and no refreshing of color. I redo my color about monthly I believe or whenever I feel up to it. I have been rocking my blue since earlier this year...or maybe end of last year. Anyhow, I love it. This brand is vegan, therefore it is SAFE on the hair with conditioning properties.

To sum up, Manic Panic is my choice of hair color brands. They have a wide variety of colors and it is safe on hair. To add, if you pre-lightening your hair you still have to take care of that lighten or bleached hair no matter what color you decide to put on it. Keep it moisturized and conditioned. In all, just take care of your hair and have fun with the colors if you choose to go that route. If  you are looking to purchase, you can find the line at local Sally Beauty, or online at Manic Panic Link  and   Sally's    Until next time, happy reading & a big thank you!

Hair product review pt1...Main Element Love, My Honey Child, Blended Beauty

Main Element:LOVE

I received this line from the August 2013 Curl Collection subscription. I received the Citrus Fusion
Herbal shampoo bar, Aloe conditioner, Shea smoothie and Herbal hair tea.
Now as a reminder I do tend to have scalp issues with dandruff and some things cause my scalp to flake. This line has not. I particularly love love love the shea smoothie and the aloe conditioner. I did enjoy the shampoo bar as I had to get use to how to utilize it to get down into my hair. But I figured it out...best to do in the shower in my opinion. I have noticed that my hair had that squeaky slip sound so I knew the product did its job.
The citrus infused made my hair and scalp feel refreshed, smelling quite lovely, not too strong of a smell. Also the aloe conditioner can be used as a leave in as it is not too thick consistency. The Herbal hair tea rinse was something different. I had to make sure to do it before hand instead of while I'm in the process of washing my hair. So I prepared the tea the night before and let it seep.
All in all, I give this line high ratings and add it to my staple choice of go too. These items can be found at Main Element Love online boutique. www.mainelementlove.com

My Honey Child

Now I have tried a sample size last year or so through Curlkit...then when I decided to give it a try I ordered another trail size and then my Curl Collection box came with the actual full size. So you all can just imagine my happiness as this is another staple line for me.
The trail size I purchased was the Honey nut scalp cleanser, Honey nut conditioner, Honey hair creme and the Aloe Vera Leave in treatment.
The full sized was the Olive you scalp cleanser, Olive you deep condition and Olive you light conditioner .
I must say that my hair, scalp and I love these products. Both cleansers thoroughly cleaned my hair, the conditioners are good for regular and leave in mode. I used the hair creme for a twist out I did a while back... the twist out was okay (I'm not really into my twistouts right now though as they do not last long for me). My hair felt moisturized though, however I did use the the leave in treatment along with the hair creme. I haven't used it alone. The smell is very light but a nice smell like flowers/sweet. These items can be found at their online boutique. www.myhoneychild.com

Blended Beauty

Of course I got these from Curl Collection last year as well. I have the Curly Frizz Pudding, Silk Shake (not pictured) and Happy Nappy Styles.
With the curly frizz pudding,  I'm not a pudding/gel type person,  I just needed a little. I think this would be best used for those who do braid or twist outs.  The silk shake was used to refresh my style. It was okay, but I felt that I needed more. It worked better for me when I had wet/damp hair, however my hair felt very conditioned. The Happy nappy styles is my love. I love everything about it. I use it on freshly washed hair, wet. And let it air dry. Some times I use a curl diffuser and it still ends up soft. No flakes.
Now on my bf hair, he actually used the silk shake before blow drying and he loves it. So as I stated before, what may work for you may not work on others, or be creative and try it a different way. These items can be found on their online boutique. www.blendedbeauty.com
