Green Bird: The Adventures Children's Book

Hey guys, 
So I had an awesome opportunity to review this book, via digital download. This will be a short but sweet review. 

Green Bird The adventures children book was surprisingly well written. I was actually into the book and felt that it touched me and my family life personally. The differences in how the term 'family' and the structure, blood or non blood. Either marriage or adoption. It is a great read and easy to understand. I will be utilizing and reading this to my daughter about regularly. I am looking forward to more to come an hoping that there will be print formats in the near future, this is one that I want to add to our collection. 

Not to spoil the book, but its about little green bird who noticed that he was different in his family and figured he wanted to find his 'blood' relatives that looks like him. And he goes on a journey. So heartfelt in my opinion. A must read to children.

100% Organic Rosehip Oil by Leven Rose

Hey guys, Here's my review thus far on the Rosehip oil. First and far most I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased feedback.

The oil came in a well insulated package to protect the glass. I decided to use it on my face at night for extra moisture after using my Proactiv lotion which can by drying.

Here are the Pro's
This oil is not greasy,
it penetrates and you can tell after rubbing it into your skin.
I have not had any skin irritations nor breakouts and I have sensitive skin

What have I noticed
My face seemed to have a fresh glow in the morning
My pillow did not have any residue or that oily spot that some can give off
It did remove my eye makeup and did NOT cause my eyes to burn

I have also used this oil on my lips before applying my lip colors and my lips are good to go. ahahahahhaaha

It does not have an smell to it which is a good thing if you are making a mixture. However I did wish it had some type of smell to it, but that's just my opinion.

I have also added a little to my daughters curls while wet and it also made them pop and moisted, which is a good thing for me after detangling her hair.

Side note: its best to apply oil to the skin while its still damp

Tubbki Reusable Baby Food Pouch

Hey everyone,

Hope all is well. So I had the awesome opportunity to review the Tubbki Reusable Baby Food Pouch. As always, I wash all items especially what my baby will be using. Easy to wash, to dry I suggest hanging up with it unzipped and open.
The package contained 3 reusable pouches with tops and also labels.

For the 1st initial use, I used regular jar baby food and mixed each flavor of choice into the pouch. 

Now I advise that you can not get half and half in the jar, it will overflow when you attempt to zip it. I used about 1/4 from each, but go slowly. Anyhow, afterwards, I just handed the pouch to my baby and she ate it all.. No hassle or anything. Something she can be independent with.

 

Would I recommend this > YES especially if your infant/toddler enjoys feeding themselves

 

Difficult to use > No not all at, just measure food (in puree/smoothie texture) slowly if you are mixing flavors

 

Other info > It was stated to NOT place this in the microwave, to warm either place the pouch in hot water as you would do with a bottle OR just warm the food then place in the pouch.

Also to add it is BPA free and dishwasher safe, however I have just hand washed mines after every use.

III Sisters of Nature Cleansing Coconut Co-wash, Natural Lengthening Crème, Natural Curling Gelo

I know its been a little while, but as promised, here is another hair product review. III Sisters of Nature brand. I used the Cleansing Coconut Co-wash, Natural Lengthening Crème and the Natural Curling Gelo

My process....well I decided to treat my scalp to an oil massage, I put on a plastic cap for a few then I added the Cleansing Coconut Cowash... now my plan was to sit under the steamer. However as we know having a 1yr old does not always make that happen during the daytime at the least LOL

Moving along, I washed/rinsed in the shower and detangled. When I got out the shower, my hair closest to the roots still seemed to have buildup or something.. that weird feeling. But my hair was soft conditioned. I proceeded to 'shangle' my hair with the Natural Lengthening Crème in sections. As my hair was air drying I did shake my head a bit front to back, side to side....#curlygirlissues. LOL
 

I noticed that the buildup feeling went away once my hair was dry, weirdly. I also noticed that my hair did still have a little shrinkage. About a day later I felt that I needed to really wash my scalp because where I scratched, there was buildup that was there previously before doing the cowash that was still there.

This time I utilized one of my staple shampoo, used a bit of leave in followed by the lengthening crème and finishing up with the curling gelo. Now my curls are already defined, but this combo added stay power with limited to no frizz since the weather here is turning warm. The downside is that on day two my hair felt dry. I will add some moisturizer on day 3 and see what that does.

 Second picture is after I rewashed and hair feeling a bit dry.

 

On another note, the products to me smells heavenly. I used the Natural Curling Gelo before alone and I love those results of course. I just wanted to experience the line as it was suppose to be used for. Sometimes it works for some and others not so. For me the Natural Lengthening Crème did its job to a point. I was not expecting no type of shrinkage. Why, well my texture of curls naturally shrinks, but it did define as it stated.

 

I can honestly say that it just need extra moisture for my hair when using the crème and gelo together as she loves moisture moisture moisture. LOL

100% Pure Argan Oil [Certified Organic] Review

So I have decided to review this Argan oil that I have been hearing people rant about. From research, it is stated that argan oil is a great moisturizer, fight wrinkles, fine lines, scars, ect, And easily absorbed also known as *liquid gold*. So I had to try this. 

I have been using the 100% Pure Argan Oil as an face moisturizer after I wash and put on my proactiv lotion. I must say that it does truly moisturize. I also have been using it on my lips as well since its still cold temperatures out. It eliminate chapped lips. As I have stated previously, I have sensitive skin and I really did not know what to expect from the use of this oil. I started it on the 20th and haven't looked back. No side effects, no breakouts, nothing unusual. I say this is a keeper for me. 

Now surprisingly, I have not used it on my hair yet, but on my next wash day I will seriously think about adding it. Stay tune for that.

YogaDesignLab.com Yoga Mat

Hey everyone. I hope your staying warm. SO on to the niddygriddy. 
I had the honor to review the purchase of the Alignment Premium Eco Mat  by YogaDesignLab. The specs are: Carry strap, Eco-Friendly, Lightweight, Perfect Thickness, Non-Slip, Extra-long, Specially Designed Memory Foam. 72X24X5mm 

Now once I used this mat for the first time, it was a bit different as I was not use to the memory foam feature, but after the 2nd or 3rd use, I understood in a way. It was to help when your doing different poses and techniques. 
Because one can sweat during a workout or tend to have wet hand, this mat helps with the slip which is a HUGE plus for me.  The carry strap is awesome, it is flexible and stretchy, especially when you do not roll the mat tight. 

Lets see, what else. Ohh to compare to my other yoga mat I bought from Walmart, this mat it thinner than the one from the store, which again, I have to get use too. I like things with cushion. The mat also has set lines to help with where to stand, measure, etc. Really cool. 

I will continue to use this mat as its a good and different mat for me personally. I do yoga at the studio and at home. 
Would I recommend this to others....YES try it, you will like it! Where to purchase.

Pure Garcinia Cambogia & Raspberry Ketones review pt1

I am currently testing and reviewing the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract and the Raspberry Ketones. It suppose to be all vegan with all natural ingredients. 

I am currently on day 2, so I can not comment on anything too seriously yet. But will update after a few days or a week or so. What I can comment on is that these pills are kinda big so if you are not into swallowing large pills well I am not sure this is for you. It does go down smoothly as its like a gel see thru capsule. You want to drink a full glass of water with these 15 to 30mins before a meal. 

As I stated before, I am new to this product and on day 2. I have not had any side effects nor sick feeling. Which is very good as my body is very sensitive to new things per se. I take both as it was suggested that these two products works well together. So all together you will be taking 3 pills in a seating. If that made sense.
